BeeHero Free Pollination Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. Below are the general terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the BeeHero Precision Pollination Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The promotion is organized and sponsored by BeeHero (“BeeHero”, “we” or “us”)1. Eligibility.1.1. The BeeHero Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.1.2. The Sweepstakes will take place between November 28, 2023, and December 7, 2023, PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). entries that are submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. To be eligible, the winner must be the legal owner, operator,or pollination decision-maker of a verifiable almond orchard (the “Entrants”).
2. How to Enter the Sweepstakes2.1. To take part in the Sweepstakes, (i) Entrants must visit booth 610 at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento between December 5 and December 7, fill out their contact details, and drop their card in the designated bucket; or (ii) Entrants can click the link below to enter and provide their contact details online (“Eligible Entrants”) click to enter
3. Prize Description and Winner Selection.3.1. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on December 7, 2023, at or around 11AM PST from all Eligible Entrants. The winner is not obligated to be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone and email. Three attempts will be made to contact the winner, and the winner must reply by email to jasmine.razo@beehero.io by the end of business on December 15, 2023 (“Reply Period”). If the potential winner does not contact BeeHero before the end of the Reply Period BeeHero may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning Eligible Entrants (“the Winner”).3.2. The Winner will be eligible to receive complimentary pollination services using BeeHero Precision Pollination Service, with a retail value of $5000. The prize has no cash value and can only be redeemed for pollination services (“the Prize”). The number of acres covered is calculated using BeeHero’s frame-per-acre model of 15 frames an acre and a price-per-frame of $24.50. The Prize can be used to pollinate a minimum of 15 acres and a maximum of 20 acres. The Prize is a one-time offer and applies only to the 2024 pollination season. BeeHero’s pollination services can only be used on one contiguous block of trees. The Prize is only valid in California and must be used between February 2024 and April 2024 to pollinate almonds.3.3. Eligibility is not determined by whether the entrant is an existing BeeHero customer for the 2024 pollination season. A Winner who is in contract with BeeHero will have the prize value subtracted from their 2024 pollination bill. A Winner who is not a current BeeHero customer must sign BeeHero’s standard contract to pollinate the acres covered by the prize. The Winner will have access to the BeeHero dashboard for these acres for the duration of bloom up to the bee removal date they indicate in the contract.
4. General Conditions.4.1. All Eligible Entrants must continue to comply with all terms of the Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired for any reason, BeeHero may, in its sole discretion, either suspend the Sweepstakes or terminate it.
5. Release and Limitation of Liability.5.1. By participating in the BeeHero Precision Pollination Sweepstakes, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the BeeHero and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.
6. Disputes.6.1. Any disputes arising out of or connected with the BeeHero Precision Pollination Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The Entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California for any claims, disputes, or differences concerning the Sweepstakes.
7. Privacy.7.1. Information collected from the Entrants is subject to BeeHero’s privacy policy and these Rules as can be found on BeeHero’s website.8. Amendments.8.1. BeeHero reserves the right, at any time, to alter these Rules at its sole discretion, including canceling, modifying, or suspending any part of the Sweepstakes.By participating in the BeeHero Precision Pollination Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Rules and agree to abide by them.
